1. Developing training resources to ensure we have enough quality water time and a highly qualified coaching team.

4. To have a swimmer and club progression that is clear, has measurable targets and is fair. |

2. Developing key partnerships with local organisations to promote participation in competitive swimming and athlete progression.

5. Create a nurturing environment that allows swimmers to work hard at developing their swimming. |

3. Entering appropriate and Nationally recognised competitions.

6. To create a strong social bond between swimmers built through team spirit where swimmers swim for each other. |
